Banana Cobbler (Gluten Free + Dairy Free)

Crust made out of almonds, oatmeal, and coconut oil. Filling made out of almond milk, pure vanilla, and organic cane sugar. Cream topping made from coconut milk, pure vanilla, and powdered sugar. Topped with fresh sliced bananas. We were asked if we could make a dessert that was gluten free and dairy free, so this is what we created. It's like a new and improved version of banana pudding, but without the dairy or other ingredients people might be allergic to. If you like banana pudding, you'll definitely love this dessert. And even if you don't like banana pudding, we still think you'll love this dessert; especially because of how light and creamy it is.
